Before you order
Send the product link, language and quantity you want. For singles, ask for actual-item photographs and condition details. For boxes, confirm the edition, seal and pack contents before payment.
For an existing order
Include your order number and the question or correction. An acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; availability, final costs and dispatch are confirmed separately.
Delivery from Japan
We confirm the available carrier service, shipping cost, expected dispatch timeframe and estimated transit time for your destination before payment. These estimates are specific to your order.
Returns and damaged items
Contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and photographs where possible. Request return instructions before sending an item back; the return address is supplied with those instructions.
Keep payment information private
Do not email card numbers, banking passwords or authentication codes. Payment instructions are provided after order review.
